Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded — there's no account and no server. See the Privacy Policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Recording, transcription, and organization all run on-device, with no internet connection required.
How does the trial and purchase work?
You get a 7-day free trial. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks the app forever — there's no subscription. Anything you already captured stays accessible.
How do I keep a note private?
Mark a thought Private and it's kept out of the feed, search, Spotlight, widgets, and the map, and requires Face ID / Touch ID / passcode to view.
Can I get my notes out?
Yes. You can share a note's text or audio via the iOS share sheet, and create a full backup file you save wherever you like.
I restored my phone / got a new one — where are my notes?
Notes live in the app's on-device storage and are included in encrypted iCloud/Finder device backups. Restore your device backup, or use a Thought Processor backup file if you made one.
